About Truefold

A calmer place for important documents.

Truefold is an independent iPhone app for privately organising and retrieving the IDs, details, and documents that everyday life asks for.

Built for retrieval, not paperwork.

Personal documents rarely live in one neat system. A passport scan may be in Photos, a certificate in Files, a bank detail in a message, and the latest copy somewhere inside a cloud folder. Those places are useful, but finding the right document—or one number inside it—can still become a hunt.

Truefold gives those records structure. Each document type has the fields it needs, important values are ready to copy, and everything is organised by person, country, type, and status.

Ready

There when you need it.

The vault lives on your iPhone first, so records and attachments remain available at an airport, border desk, bank counter, or government office without depending on reception.

Private

Your vault, not ours.

There is no Truefold account, advertising profile, analytics feed, or developer server holding your documents. Sensitive values and scans are encrypted before storage or sync.

Native

At home on iPhone.

Truefold uses Face ID, Touch ID, the device passcode, private iCloud, and iCloud Keychain. It follows the Apple Account already on the phone rather than creating another identity to manage.

What Truefold is—and is not.

Apple Wallet remains the right home for supported cards, tickets, keys, and passes. Files, Photos, and cloud drives remain flexible places for general storage. Truefold complements them with a structured, searchable retrieval layer for personal and family records.

Truefold is not an official digital identity and never replaces a passport, citizenship card, certificate, or other original document when an authority requires one.

Private from the first launch.

Truefold is available for iPhone on the App Store.
